Keto, low-glycemic, dairy-free
Dark roast coffee married to the sweet and tart flavors of raspberry is like a match made in heaven. Our Raspberry Cream Latte recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy coffee without tugging at your waistline. It's quick and easy to make and is a wonderful treat in the morning or at night paired with a decaf.
How to make a Raspberry Cream Latte
First, brew a batch of coffee using your favorite brew method and Roast28 coffee. Be sure to use the ground dose and coffee-to-water ratio recommended for your equipment and feel free to brew a little stronger for this recipe. We like to use our Blackbeard dark roast as the sweet chocolate flavor pairs well with the tart and sweet raspberry.
Add coconut cream and MCT oil
We love the creaminess of this dairy-free recipe and since it's keto and low-carb, it's great for diabetics and intermittent fasters. Coconut cream has a high protein content and is also high in calcium and gives the latte a creamy base. MCT oil is a quick energy source and both fats blend into a smooth creamy texture without all the fat.
Add sugar-free raspberry syrup and almond extract
Why start your day with a foundation of sugar? Sugar-free raspberry syrup is just as good and saves you some major calories. Paired with a dash of almond extract, the flavor punches through with brightness.
Blend and serve
Turn your rich-bodied dark roast into a simple indulgence using our recipe below. After you've tried it a few times, feel free to experiment with roast levels, brew strength, and ingredient brands. Start your day in a way that benefits your body—creating a foundation for better eating.
